An essential in everyone's wardrobe everybody loves the T-shirt. And I have to say Marc Jacobs makes me love it even more! His Marc by Marc Jacobs line has some really cute tees but sadly... it's price isn't that of a normal t-shirt... they're still stellar though -

i am loving this look right now, I'm so bored with knee high boots and i think this is a cute alternative and still chic, I like the patent ones especially with shirtdresses (see Mischa below)

And just a quick talk abt Marc's 07 Fall rtw collection!! he is so amazing I swear, he comes up with original stuff all the time, his new one was really simplistic i love it and i love the layout... the french doors and the model all there and one by one break out of their statue to walk down the runway...

O me gawds, I was looking through net-a-porter and found these pair of Jimmy Choo's that uncannily resembles a new pair of Charles and Keith shoes I bought. Hmm I bet they copied it off Jimmy Choo teehee

But its really similar with the toe thong, and the white and gold, as well as a buckle fastening ankle strap! Ooo wow.

Omg I've been super busy lately and this is just a short post on a really cool brand called sass & bide which is by two Australian designers. They carry really nice skinny jeans which are famous for their two inch zippers and vintage style denim. Here are my favorite pieces.

The Color Purple

Wow, my first post in ages! Anyhoos, I was inspired by my sunscreen covered hand at lunch today to do a post on a fabulous color: Purple! Shades of violet, plum, lilac, mauve, lavender... super cute! Here are some nice purple-hued clothes and shoes;

'Baby it's cold outside'

I love sweaters. Like I love them. They fancy up any look, you can throw them over t-shirts and jeans for a cool-casual feel, or you can dress them up with a nice full skirt to look like you're from the 50's. Either way, sweaters are great. I love sweaters. And what other country is better to wear sweaters in than cold & windy Brunei? Sigh. If only that were true. I looove sweater dresses! They are so cute and sophisticated too. Pair with opaque tights and a 'serious' shoe as in boots or clog platforms, and you're runway-ready.

Ooh this looks good with skinny jeans and flat boots for an effortlessly cool "I just threw this on" look. And to complete the look, an oversized bag.

Miu Miu Crewneck Wool Cardigan

Ahh yes, the versatile piece. By itself, it looks lonely, dull even, all grey and washed out. But put a little metallic camisole underneath, a nice voluminous skirt, cinch it at the waist with a skinny belt and voila! It's a whole new cardigan. Or scrunch up the sleeves and throw this on over a graphic tee and your favorite pair of jeans to give it an edgier look

Well it's time for me to snuggle up in my favorite sweater and hit the hay. Buenos noches!

Lovely flats!

So I've just realised that I've got so many heels and not a lot of fancy flats... Most of my flats are boring flip flops and sandals and right now I'm really into the flat SHOE look.. I was browsing through Urban Outfitters and saw some really cute pairs... Here are some of my favorites:

New York, New York!

I heart NY! Yes I do, love love love this city and as a way to salute New York (Thank you for Fashion Week 2007 New York!) here's one of my favorite blooming New York based designers and my favorite pieces from his recent collections.

Mostly you see sweater dresses being paired with tights and leggings, not that I mind that, but i love this look with loose pants. This looks very sophisticated and I've always loved sweaters.... and oh yay that's the Chloe Paddington Shopper! (see the post before this)

I'm in LOVE...

...with fall's hottest bags! They're super gorgeous and so chic... here are three of my favorite bags of fall... (Love love love the Marc Jacobs one... my favourite)

1. The Paddington Shopper by ChloeSuper sized padlock, distressed scrunchy leather, gold and silver hardware. Need I say more?

2. The Intrecciato Shopper by Bottega Veneta

Bottega Veneta actually do not name their bags; Intrecciato is the name given to the intricately hand woven leather.

3. The Stam by Marc Jacobs

Ahh last but not least, the Stam bag. I love this, named after Canadian model Jessica Stam and inspired by vintage handbags. Looks great with a knit polo or bubble skirt... wish I had one..

I probably could never afford them (they range from $1000 - $3000!), but oh isn't it nice to dream?
